Objectives

The Post Doc period is crucial for future career steps: Often you have to take on a final, risky decision – do I want to stay in science and which risks do I have to consider? Do I want to choose a career outside science – and how do I fit in with my strengths and my scientific backround? The purpose of the career coaching is to give the opportunity to consider the result of the career steps taken so far. It will provide guidance on how to plan future career steps and it will help to assess strengths and weaknesses in terms of future job requirements.
